your creative wellness studio
Muse Mode is a creative wellness studio for the art of becoming. Rewire the beliefs keeping you stuck, regulate your nervous system, and return to the creativity that makes you feel most alive, so you can consciously create a life that feels like your own.
What if your life wasn't something to fix, optimise or finally get right? What if it was something to create?
At Muse Mode, we believe you are both the artist and the muse of your life. The one holding the brush, and the ever-evolving work of art.
Because becoming isn't a straight line. It's a creative process.
You imagine. You experiment. You make a mess. You change your mind. You uncover old layers. You begin again.
And somewhere along the way, you create a life that feels increasingly like your own.
Muse Mode brings together mind, body and creativity to help you do exactly that.
We work with the subconscious mind, where so many of your beliefs and patterns quietly live. We work with the nervous system, because it's difficult to step into something new while your body is still trying to protect you from it. And we work through creativity, not as a hobby or something reserved for "creative people," but as a pathway into presence, expression, flow and change.
This is personal growth through an artistic lens.
Less fixing yourself. More creating yourself.
mind. body. creativity.
You can read every self-development book on the shelf and still find yourself repeating the same patterns. Because knowing something intellectually and embodying it are two very different things.
The Muse Mode Method™ works across three interconnected layers:
Explore the subconscious beliefs quietly shaping the way you think, choose and move through the world, then begin rehearsing something new.
Work with your nervous system so growth doesn't just make sense intellectually. It begins to feel safe in your body, too.
Use creativity to move beyond overthinking and into flow, expression and possibility.
Because sometimes you don't need to think harder. You need to make something.
Michelangelo believed the sculpture already existed inside the marble. His job was simply to remove everything that wasn't it.
We think becoming works much the same way.
You already have the angel in the marble. This is where you learn to carve.
There is no single way back to yourself. Some days you'll need to quiet the mind. Some days you'll need to move emotion through the body. Some days you'll need to stop thinking altogether and make something with your hands.
That's why Muse Mode isn't built around one practice. It's an entire studio of them.
rewire your mind
Guided Rehearsal and Rewiring Reveries designed to work beneath the thinking mind, helping you loosen old beliefs and rehearse the identity, emotions and life you're ready to step into.
You'll also find Mode Meditations, short guided audios designed for the moments when you want to quickly shift your mode, whether you need to ground, soften, energise, focus or return to yourself.
Put your headphones on. Close your eyes. Meet yourself somewhere new.
regulate your body
EFT tapping, sound, somatic practices and Alchemy Sessions for the moments when thinking your way through it isn't working.
Come here to soften, release and return to yourself. Because sometimes the mind understands long before the body feels safe enough to follow.
create your way through
Creative practices, prompts and rituals designed to bring you out of your head and into flow, expression and presence.
Paint. Write. Collage. Make. Play. No artistic talent required. Nothing needs to be good. The making is the medicine.
your life, collected
A living archive of everything you create and everything that moves you.
The Artist holds what you make. Every Atelier creation becomes part of your evolving creative record. The Muse holds what inspires you. A painting in a museum. A sentence in a book. The light falling across a building. A stranger's coat on the train.
Because a creative life isn't only about what you produce. It's about learning to notice.
understand the why
The philosophy, psychology and practices behind Muse Mode.
Begin with the Muse Mode Method™, then explore deeper Methods designed around the patterns and themes that shape our lives.
This is where you learn what's happening beneath the surface, so the practices throughout the Studios become more than something you simply do. You understand why you're doing them. And you begin to understand yourself differently, too.
create alongside other muses
A shared studio wall where fellow muses can share what they're making, musing on and moving through.
Not another feed to perform for. A place to witness and be witnessed. Because creativity may begin alone, but it was never meant to exist entirely in isolation.
Less ruled by the voice that says not yet.
More able to recognise an old pattern without letting it write the next chapter.
More at home in your body. More willing to follow the strange idea. More comfortable taking up space.
Making things again. Trusting yourself again. Noticing beauty again.
Designing your days around what makes you feel alive.
And slowly becoming someone who doesn't just dream about the life she wants... but participates in creating it.
This isn't about becoming some perfected future version of yourself.
It's about becoming more deeply yourself.
About Bella
Hi, I'm Bella.
I've always lived somewhere between two worlds. I've spent almost a decade working in marketing, building brands and telling stories. But I've also always been an artist, a maker, a writer, a chronic starter of creative projects, and the kind of person who can lose an entire afternoon wandering around a gallery.
For a long time, those felt like separate parts of me.
Like so many women, I spent my twenties trying very hard to become the "best" version of myself. I read the books. Downloaded the meditation apps. Learnt about manifestation, the subconscious mind, nervous system regulation and every other way we are told we might finally become the person we want to be.
Some of it genuinely changed my life. But something always felt missing.
Then I moved to Paris.
Away from the version of my life I'd known, I started making things again. I painted. I wrote. I wandered through galleries. I followed curiosity for no reason other than it made me feel alive.
And I began to realise that creativity wasn't separate from all the inner work I'd been doing. It was the piece I'd been missing.
Creating brought me into the present. It quietened the noise. It gave emotions somewhere to go. It helped me imagine different versions of my life and, slowly, gave me the courage to create them.
Muse Mode grew from that intersection.
Psychology and poetry. Neuroscience and art. Subconscious work and creative play. The artist and the muse.
I wanted to create the wellness space I had spent years looking for. One that didn't feel clinical. One that didn't turn becoming into another productivity project. One that understood that growth could be beautiful, playful, expressive and deeply creative.
So I built it.
Welcome to Muse Mode.

FAQ
Yes. In fact, you might be exactly who Muse Mode was created for. Creativity here isn't about being talented at art. It's about reconnecting with the part of you that experiments, imagines, expresses, notices and plays. You don't need experience. You don't need expensive supplies. And absolutely nobody is grading your painting.
You don't need another plan for becoming a better version of yourself.
You need somewhere to experiment. To soften. To make. To imagine. To remember what makes you feel alive. To practise becoming more fully you.
You are the artist. You are the muse. Your life is the masterpiece.
